TURMERIC LATTE
Ingredients (1 cup)
250mL soy milk or other alternative milk1 tsp grated fresh turmeric
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon (fresh or powder)
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp honey
Directions
Combined ingredients in a small pot, cover with a lid and simmer for 15mins. Pour through a strainer into a cup, sprinkle cinnamon on the top and enjoy!
